Perfumes Parlour would advise that you keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this website so please read them carefully. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions are subject to change and will be updated on this page.
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
Any contract for purchases made through this website will be with S & J Enterprises Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted and shipped and the contract formed.
Once your payment has been received in full then perfumes parlour will begin to process your order. Perfumes Parlour acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract. Perfumes Parlour is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are set by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions only cover the Perfumes Parlour website and any other websites are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
Please note we advise that all returns are sent back well packaged, using a recordable or trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that do not arrive.
SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
perfumes parlour accepts payment by using your credit or debit card and Apple Pay where available. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. perfumes parlour will only accept orders from customers in the United Kingdom.
Perfumes Parlour offer a range of timed delivery services, including local delivery using a fleet of company owned and operated vehicles. This may include a signature or other electronic means of proof of delivery. Where third party delivery services are offered, we contract Royal Mail to conduct deliveries on our behalf.
COMPENSATION FOR LOST ITEMS & DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail or a courier service has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 15 working days. After 15 working days we can offer a refund or replacement of any lost items. Perfumes Parlour will not be responsible for any damages to your order whilst in transit.
Postage is approx. £3.65 unless you spend over a specified amount or we are running a promotion / discount at the time you place your order at Perfumes Parlour. All orders will be processed and sent out as soon as possible, most of these within 24 hours of purchase if not that day.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT STORE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT / CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS ON OUR SYSTEMS.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Applies to Goods and/or Services ordered online or over the phone only.
Consumers ordering Goods or Services at a distance (such as via telephone or online) have certain cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2013.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14-day period runs from when you get the last of the batch.
This 14-day period is the time you must decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND
You will get a refund within 14 days of perfumes parlour receiving the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office or courier collection note), whichever is sooner.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
REFUNDING THE COST OF DELIVERY
We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service e.g., guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic cost.
There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to cancel.
If the seal on the wrapping and or authenticity manufacturer seal (they also include goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons) has been broken.
You may cancel any order for Goods other than products sealed for hygiene reasons at any time within 14 working days from the day after receiving your Goods without liability to us.
A working day is any day except Saturday, Sunday and UK public holidays.

If you cancel an order for Goods, they must be returned to us within a reasonable period, complete (with any accessories, leads or other items provided with the Goods) and undamaged, with proof of purchase. If you fail to return the Goods in this manner, we may charge you the costs we incur in recovering the Goods from you (which may be substantial) or the stand-alone retail value of any missing or damaged items.
Unless collection of the Goods has been arranged, you must return the Goods by sending them to

in some cases, at your cost.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods are received by us and we recommend using Special Delivery or Signed For services where appropriate.
Where we have agreed to collect the Goods from you, you must ensure that they are available for collection at the time arranged.
You shall be under a duty to take reasonable care of the Goods until received or collected by us and it is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods are not damaged whilst in transit using transport arranged by you.
You are entitled to examine any Goods ordered as you would in a shop. However, if you use the Goods, you may lose your right to cancel your purchase. A number of our products are sealed due to hygiene reasons, these are excluded from the right to cancel where seals have been broken. We reserve the right to charge you for the value of any Goods returned which have been used or damaged whilst in your possession, up to the full cost price of the Goods.
If you cancel your order in accordance with the provisions, we will refund any sums paid by you in relation to your order (less our costs if we must recover any Goods from you under Clause 4.4.7) within 30 days.
If the products are faulty, we will exchange or refund them. We would ask for prompt notification of any issues, should they arise. Any costs incurred sending the goods back to us will be refunded, as long as your goods test faulty. PLEASE NOTE: When returning a faulty item, YOU MUST return it with all the relevant original packaging it arrived to you in at the point you received the item after you made your purchase with us. This allows us to confirm that the item bought that you are returning, did in fact come from perfumes parlour all packaging for hardware is equipped with authenticity codes with traceability. Refunds for faulty items will not be made if the item is not returned to us with the original packaging.
There may well be occasions when you are unhappy with the service that we provided to you. In these cases, we will endeavour to be fair and efficient in handling any complaint you should have and to process your complaint confidentially.
